Every time I check in on Star Wars, there's a new stupid little creature (colloquially known as a Glup Shitto) everyone's into. The latest of these is Biddy Blas, a braggadocious pod racer and mama's boy who stands out for his shrill Huttese quips. "Ding dong pookie, ding dong," he crows. "Scrib doon!" If you love that, here's a video of him doing a little victory dance.
If you hate that, here's a video of him dying in a fireball.
Oh my God I killed Biddy Blas, I'm so sorry wawa 😭 https://t.co/tNVYHbDxGpOctober 15, 2026
He's become the subject of meme after meme and people generally like the little brat. The voice actor for Biddy Blas, a British wrestler named Richard Summers-Calvert, has responded to all the love—and as you might guess, he basically looks like the opposite of Biddy Blas. All the attention has left him "overwhelmed and overstimulated," as he said in a video he shared on X, and he's hoping to show up for new fans of the Shitto du jour at cons and the like.
In a follow-up video, he said he had some "good news" that he wasn't ready to announce just yet, and thanked all the Biddy-heads for the doors a sudden spotlight like this opens. "I know you're doing it for Biddy. I know you're doing it for him. But I benefit from him as well … I appreciate all the love. And hate, and frustration." It is a racing game, after all.
This all seems like further proof that the true heart of Star Wars has never been the cosmic conflict between good and evil, the ill-fated schemes of devilish bureaucrats, or even the swashbuckling battles between space ascetics with laser swords. No, the true heart of Star Wars is watching a crusty little freak say nonsense words and going on a wiki to check if "jizz music" was a real thing George Lucas signed off on. In the Disney era, it has been amended to the more family friendly "jatz music" (which I don't hate), but a true jizz wailer never dies.

Justin first became enamored with PC gaming when World of Warcraft and Neverwinter Nights 2 rewired his brain as a wide-eyed kid. As time has passed, he's amassed a hefty backlog of retro shooters, CRPGs, and janky '90s esoterica. Whether he's extolling the virtues of Shenmue or troubleshooting some fiddly old MMO, it's hard to get his mind off games with more ambition than scruples. When he's not at his keyboard, he's probably birdwatching or daydreaming about a glorious comeback for real-time with pause combat. Any day now...
