Just a few months after reaching dealers, Chevrolet has already tacked another $300 onto 2027 Corvette pricing across the lineup. The increase is reflected in the "Build and Price" page on Chevy's online configurator.
According to Chevy's own consumer website, as first reported by Corvette Blogger, the 2027 Corvette Stingray now starts at $73,795 with destination included. That marks a slight increase from what we reported in June, when Chevy announced that the base C8 coupe would start at $73,495 with destination.
The $300 increase applies to every C8 trim for the 2027 model year, from the base Stingray through to higher-output variants like the Z06 and ZR1. Every C8 sees an equal price increase (with the $2,495 destination fee included):
It should be said that this increase isn't all that shocking. General Motors has previously shifted C8 Corvette pricing more than once within a model year, which makes a late-2026 tweak make sense.
These prices also do not include the Gas-Guzzler Tax, which hikes the price on certain models even further. The Z06 and ZR1X get a $2,600 penalty, while the Z06 with the Carbon Aero package sees an extra $3,000 tacked on.

The Corvette lineup gets a major shakeup for 2027, starting with the engine.
The Stingray replaces its 6.2-liter V8 with a new 6.7-liter LS6 V8 making 535 horsepower and 520 pound-feet of torque. The new Grand Sport joins the lineup with the same engine but adds wider bodywork, larger brakes, and other hardware borrowed from the Z06.
What do you think?
Beyond the new models and engine, the Corvette continues to offer a surprisingly generous amount of standard equipment. Even the entry-level 1LT gets an eight-way power seat, leather seats, a 10-speaker Bose audio system, wireless phone charging, and a removable roof panel on coupes.
At the other end of the spectrum, the Corvette lineup now stretches all the way from the relatively attainable Stingray to the 1,250-hp ZR1X.
